One day in the 20th century, Kong was born in a countryside in China. His family is not rich, his father and mother need to work the whole day outside under the heat of the son to earn money even for a little amount.

When Kong was three, his parents used their savings to send him to school. Kong show his talent in study! He studies very hard and others in school think he’s a very smart boy. His parents are also very proud of him.

When he finished primary school, he entered middle school. When he became a grade 8 student, he was also a famous student in the school, because he always gets the highest score in exams and everyone thinks he’s a bright boy. Teachers also prefer teaching him and love him very much. All the subject teachers are interested in cultivating him.

However, when he was grade 9, he is ill. He frequently had a fever, so he went home to rest for a long time. When half semester was gone, Kong also lay at home and can’t study. So, his friends and teachers in school are worried about his graduation exam. They all think he can’t finish his study in grade 9 and can’t get a good score in the graduation exam.

After somedays, Kong became well ten days before the exam, He studies all day and all night these days. Finally, he successfully finished the whole semester. He studied before the exam. At the date of announcement of the results, Kong gets the best score in the exam in their school! Everyone thinks he’s a talented boy! After that, Kong graduates, and the school hangs his portrait on the wall as a good example for later students.

In the end, Kong gets a good position at a company because of his good grades and he makes money to bring his family to a better place to live. Kong attaches a great importance to learning, so he also studies very hard from the beginning to the end. Study and knowledge change his life to become better in status and live a comfortable lifestyle.

Study can change everyone’s life, and makes you have more chances in the future.
